A break from stamping.

I decided to give my stamper, scraper and image plates a break for a change and just use polish and nail art brushes. The nail art brushes I got a while ago from bornprettystore.com, and no I didn't get mine for free to review here. I bought them with some fauxnad plates.  They came in a set with quite a few brushes, liners, fan, flat, angled etc. If you're looking for cheap brushes for nail art that work, they work well. Only thing I didn't like is that on two of them the metal part has loosened from the brush handle. My guess not enough glue....

Anyways, I want to try and do nails that doesn't just involve stamping. Been a lot of stamping lately, my dotting tools and brushes need some love too. I decided to do something simple tonight a side swiped French with some gold. I used Essie's BBF Boy Best Friend, Revlon Hot For Chocolate & Gold Coing, Sally Hansen Cafe Latte and one of my liner brushes.

Time for some rant..... One of the TV shows I have been following is Castle and yesterday was the first Monday with no Castle until season 5.... And I am missing watching Beckett and Castle on my TV screen already. I know it's kinda lame, but I also watch 2 of the Real Housewives on Bravo. I have been following the OC ones since season 1 and NJ ones the last 2. I can't help it, I think it's so dam funny how much drama one can fit into one episode. Not to mention some of the crazy ladies they have on there. Yeah, they may have money but still act like trash. Be like BFF in one moment then as soon as one of them has their back turned, BACK STAB and shit talk. And I watched the first episode of Around the world on 80 plates, and after 5 mins I couldn't stand one of the male chefs.... Talk about being filled with eeeeewie ego and still think he's God's gift to women.... But then Curtis Stone has always been fun to look at.

Now I am gonna crash and snuggle my pillows.
Have a great week.
